Expression session offers educational and experiential activities to children, 8-11 yrs old and 12-15 yrs old, that address the mind, heart, body, and soul. This workshop provides children and teens tools for learning a healthy way in expressing themselves through physical activity, emotional education, coping skills, meditation, art, and music. The week-long camp provides a fun, safe, and friendly environment for kids and teens to feel comfortable sharing and expressing themselves. Facilitators will lead sessions in expressive arts (dance and yoga), music, visual arts, education, meditation, and coping activities on love, fear, and other emotions. Our goal is for each child to know more about themselves, feel comfortable in their skin, and be better equipped to work through the more difficult challenges that they face as they navigate these developmental stages.
